When you register for this event, all meals and activities and overnight lodging in a cabin are included. There are no added or hidden fees. The only extra cost over the weekend will be any snacks you buy in the snack shop or any souvenirs you buy in the camp store.
Meals are take all you can eat, but eat all you take. All meals are served buffet style in our dining hall. If you have a specific food allergies or intolerance, please make us aware on your registration form. Our cooks always do their best accommodate! Keep in mind if you are practicing a specific diet for reasons other than an allergy or intolerance, you will need to provide your own food. We cannot accommodate for every diet and food preference. We do strive to serve good quality and good quantity of food to all of our participants!
Lodging will be provided in our cabins. Each family group will have plenty of room to spread out. All beds are twin-size bunk beds. You'll need to bring bedding, pillows and towels to use during your stay. Cabins have a central shower building with men's and ladies restrooms and individual showers.
If you prefer, you can bring your lodging with you! Discounts will be available for those staying in Tents, RV's or Campers!
A special note to those staying in an RV or Camper: RV's and Campers will be parked at the RV Park. Water and electrical (220v and 110v) hookups are at each site. A dump station is also located nearby for your convenience.
A special note to those staying in a Tent: We have two different types of sites available for our tent campers. If you prefer convenience and just a flat spot to pitch your tent, we'll have you stay over at the RV Park. Water and electrical hookups can be utilized when staying there. If you prefer a primitive camp site, we'll have you stay over on Sunset Trail. It's a bit of a hike over to the restroom and shower houses, but you'll be much more secluded on Sunset Trail if that's what you prefer. Final camp site arrangements must be made prior to arriving to camp.
