Join us this summer at Family Camp! Families will get the Trail Ridge experience with opportunities to explore the camp and try out our summer activities. Take a paddle boat around the pond, go for a hike, play some Octo-ball, and cool off in the Game Room with a treat from the Snack Shop. These several days are perfect for a short family getaway. We'll begin with dinner and chapel on Sunday night, and wrap up on Wednesday morning. In between we'll have 6 chapel sessions, some delicious meals, and a full schedule of family fun!

Where do we stay?
Our cabins layouts are similar to a duplex style house - each side of the cabin is a private room with several bunk beds, and a shared common area between them.  Your family will have one half of the cabin to yourselves, with another family in the other half.

Are restrooms located in the cabins?
No, men's and women's restrooms and showers are in a separate building in close proximity to the cabins.  If you have a medical need to have a restroom in the same building overnight, let us know on your registration and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can we bring our own tent or RV to stay in?
Yes!  We have several RV sites with electrical and water hookups available, as well as a dump station.  If you want to bring your tent or RV, please indicate that on your registration form to receive a 10% discount.

Do we have to do everything together as a family?
Minors must be accompanied by at least one parent at all times, but you are able to split up to do different activities if you wish.

Is child care provided during chapel sessions?
We are not able to provide any nursery or child care during chapel sessions.

Are there any discounts available for Family Camp?
This year, we have the following discounts for Family Camp:
- 10% discount for bringing your own tent or RV
- 10% discount for families with a parent in a full-time ministry position
- $50 Early Bird discount for families registered by April 30, 2024

Percentage discounts will be reflected in an invoice that will be emailed to you following your registration submission.

With the help of his wife Lydia and their growing family, Randy is the Administrator of Academy of Excellence and AOE Online. Alongside his academic work, he leads VCY ministry trips all around the country.
